LAUXET collections are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may extend during limited releases or high-volume periods.

Once an order is shipped, LAUXET is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance.

Returns & Final Sale Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Certain items—including accessories, limited releases, and those marked Final Sale—are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective.

Exchanges

LAUXET does not offer direct exchanges.

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, and a new order may be placed separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs.

Claims submitted after this window may not be honored.
